"Yeah." She smiled at the cashier and pulled Adam out of the door of the convenence station.

As they got out of the door he pulled away. "What the-What was that for?"

"We keep walking." She said, retriving their bags from the bush they had left them eariler, opening hers and dumping the stuff she had gotten into it.

He shrugged. "I guess." Adam sighed, and took out a piece of gum. "To Arizona," He said bluntly.

"To Arizona." She agreed, hoisting her bag onto her sholders and looking in the direction of the woods that went out of town.

She followed him, beginning to feel the effects of only having slept four hours on the ground. "And let's please not wait until 2 am to go to sleep tonight."

"Yeah." She said, coming to a stop and setting her bag down, pulling the bottle of peroxide from it.

She cleared all the dry leaves off part of the forest floor and put the driest peices of wood in it, hoping she was building a fire right.

He took the dropcloth, and made a tent. "Well, I'd say it's better than last time," He said, examining his work.

She turned and looked at the tent. "I'd say so as well, you're becoming a regular boyscout." She pulled a bottle of lighter fluid on the pile of wood, being careful not to get it on the ground around the wood, and tried lighting it with the lighter but only succeeding in burning herself.

He watched as she tried to light a fire. "You okay?" He asked, seeing her burn herself.

He reached into his pack and pulled out a small Ace bandage. "Put this on," He instructed.

She pulled her fingers out of her mouth and whiped them off on her hoddie before bandaging them. "Thaks, Adam."

"No problem," He said, and took out a bag of chips, and a couple candy bars. "Hm, they didn't have anything good there. Oh well, time for dinner," He mumbled.
