Mina looked both ways before crossing the street and ditched her backpack in a cluster of bushes, pulling out a twenty first.

Adam threw his backpack with hers, and pulled thirty dollars from his pocket. "Well, we have fifty bucks."

Mina sat down in one of the booth's and waited for the waitress to come around with a coffeepot.

A waitress came to the table holding a coffee pot and two menues. "What can I get y'all today?" She asked, setting down the menus. "I'll have a cup of coffee and an omlett." Mina replied without looking at the menu. "And you?" The waitress smiled an over cheery waitressy smile at Adam.
